Welcome to Babu Ram Global School (BRGS). By accessing or using our website, facilities, or services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. We request parents, guardians, and students to read these carefully.

  • Admission to BRGS implies acceptance of the school’s rules, regulations, and policies.
  • The school reserves the right to amend rules, fee structures, or policies when deemed necessary.
  • All information provided to the school must be true, accurate, and updated.

2. Admissions & Fees

  • Admission is granted strictly as per the school’s admission policy and availability of seats.
  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable, except under special circumstances approved by the management.
  • Delay in fee payment may attract late fees or discontinuation of services until dues are cleared.

3. Attendance & Discipline

  • Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and follow the code of conduct.
  • Any form of misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of school rules may lead to suspension or dismissal at the discretion of the management.

4. Use of Facilities

  • School property including classrooms, laboratories, library, sports facilities, and buses must be used responsibly.
  • Damages caused to school property by a student will be charged to the parent/guardian.

5. Transport Services

  • The school provides optional transport facilities through its fleet of buses.
  • While utmost care is taken, BRGS shall not be held responsible for delays, traffic disruptions, or unforeseen incidents beyond its control.

6. Health & Safety

  • The school provides a medical room for first-aid and emergencies.
  • Parents must share accurate medical history of their child to ensure appropriate care.
  • The school is under 24×7 CCTV surveillance and follows strict visitor management for safety.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While the school ensures a safe environment, it shall not be liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural calamities, accidents, or third-party actions.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child follows the school’s guidelines for safety and conduct.

8. Communication

  • Official communication will be made through the contact details provided by the school.
  • Parents are requested to update the school about any changes in phone numbers, email, or address.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Sonipat, Haryana.
